Six things about me:

1. With the help of my inhaler and the cheers of my mother from across the street I was able to run a 13-minute mile in the fourth grade. 

2. I was the pitcher for the all-star team in an all-boys league. They made me wear a cup. 

3. On my 17th birthday I was in the hospital with meningitis. I had to throw away my balloons because my hospital roomie, Heather, was allergic to latex. 

4. I don’t hold grudges.
